Tibetan 5 Elements Practitioner, Holistic Sexologist, Embodiment Facilitator, Inspirational Speaker, and Songstress.

As a trauma-informed practitioner and guide, I support individuals in reclaiming their sacred pleasure, returning to embodied truth, and awakening the deep ecstatic aliveness that moves through the elemental body. My work blends the Tibetan 5 Elements, holistic sexology, somatic sexual healing, breathwork, ritual, and energetic alignment to help people soften, unwind, and reconnect with the pleasure, vitality, and freedom that already live within them.

I offer a deeply embodied and trauma-informed approach, one that invites people to come home to their bodies, open their hearts, and remember the wisdom that lives in their soul.

As a songstress, my music channels devotion, pleasure, and the sacred feminine mysteries. My voice weaves prayer, ceremony, elemental sound, and intuitive healing into each offering. I am currently working on my first EP, featuring “Ecstasy Is My Prayer,” a song devoted to the Dakini path.
