My journey with sensuality has been marked by a lot of shame, guilt and self-doubt.

Growing up, I was surrounded by messages that portrayed sensuality as something to be hidden or ashamed of. In my traditional Christian family, discussions around the body and sensual experiences were taboo. Any expression of sensuality was often met with disapproval or embarrassment. This shaped my beliefs about my body and my relationship with sensuality.

As a teen, the natural curiosity about my body and its sensations was met with confusion and guilt. I found myself grappling with a disconnect between my inner desires and the external expectations imposed upon me. This internal struggle created a sense of shame that lingered for years, making it difficult to embrace my sensuality openly.

For the longest time, I thought I was broken; I felt numb! A pivotal moment that blew me wide open was when I encountered Tantra. The idea that sexuality could be celebrated and even used as a tool for deeper connection and self-awareness was both revolutionary and liberating!

Through powerful healing practices like Tantra, I began to dismantle the trauma and my blocks to bliss, and alchemized them to feel more empowered in my body, sensuality and pleasure.

Exploring my senses has been a crucial part of my healing journey. By engaging fully with my senses, I have learned to appreciate the richness of each moment and to honor my body’s responses with presence and without judgment.

Today, I am committed to embracing my sensuality as a vital part of my identity. I no longer see it as something to be ashamed of, but as a source of strength, healing, growth, and connection.

I have since helped thousands of sensitive souls, lightworkers and spiritual seekers such as yourself to connect with their inner light, reclaim their pleasure and activate their Soul’s blueprint so they can get turned on by life!
