I was raised inside a strict Armenian Christian culture where sexuality carried shame, obedience was praised, and being a “good woman” came with an invisible set of rules.
I learned how to disconnect from pieces of myself long before I understood that was what I was doing.
My journey into Tantra, sacred sexuality, embodiment and pleasure began returning me to the woman underneath the conditioning. My voice. My body. My sensuality. My power. My pleasure. My truth.
Pleasure is the capacity to be available for life. To receive it. To feel it. To inhabit it. To let it move through you.
