Naming What's Dying
Honour what is complete. Name what you are grieving. Release what you are no longer meant to carry.
For women ready to cross the space between who you've been and who you're becoming.
Because staying there is costing you more than you know.
This is the sacred in-between, the place where old identities dissolve, certainty disappears, and your next life begins asking to be received. Five live days, together.

It is a threshold.
Most women panic here. They force clarity before it is ready, cling to what no longer fits, or abandon themselves because nothing feels familiar.
But what if this was not the place to escape?
What if it was the place to honour?
Each live day moves through one of the Five Elements, the same lineage at the heart of my work, combining teaching, nervous-system support, somatic practice, and embodied integration, so you can stop fighting the unknown and begin meeting it with clarity, courage, and capacity.
Honour what is complete. Name what you are grieving. Release what you are no longer meant to carry.
Get honest about what staying in limbo has already cost you, and why uncertainty is not evidence that you are lost.
Learn to sit in the in-between without rushing it, and let your nervous system settle enough to hear what's true.
Find what wants to be spoken or decided, and practice saying it, out loud, in your body, with others witnessing.
Integrate what has shifted, and I'll show you the path forward, including an invitation into ongoing support.
Understand why identity change feels destabilizing and learn how to stay with yourself through it.
Recognize the difference between fear, protection, intuition, and true inner knowing.
Honour endings without rushing to replace them with a new role, plan, or identity.
Support your nervous system to receive more life without collapsing, bracing, or self-abandoning.
Begin relating to the version of you who already exists beneath survival and conditioning.
Leave with a grounded next step rather than another flood of information.
“You don't need to become someone else. You simply need to come home to the woman you already are.”
VIP isn't designed to replace Unbound. It's designed to deepen your integration of this week and increase your commitment to the crossing, while the ongoing embodiment work stays exclusive to Unbound.

A beautifully designed companion journal with daily reflections, integration prompts, space for insights, and closing rituals.
Thursday, September 3 at 1pm EST, the emotional completion of the journey. Grounding, reflection, group sharing, integration teaching, a guided crossing ceremony, and an invitation into Unbound.
Supportive companion messages between the live days, not guided embodiment meditations, so Unbound stays the place for that deeper work.

We're not meant to become ourselves just once. We're asked to do it over and over again. I've crossed so many thresholds now that I've lost count. I've watched entire versions of myself die.
The obedient woman.
The woman who lived for everyone else.
The woman who stayed because leaving felt impossible.
The woman who believed certainty was required before taking
the next step.
Again and again, life has invited me into the same sacred place, that strange, terrifying, beautiful space where the life I knew had already fallen away, but the woman I was becoming hadn't fully arrived yet.
For years, I mistook that place for failure. I thought I was lost. I thought I was broken. I thought I was doing something wrong because nothing fit anymore.
What I know now is that I wasn't lost. I was standing at a threshold.
One of the greatest thresholds of my life began when I realised I had spent years living disconnected from my own body.
I grew up believing my body was something to manage rather than inhabit. Shame became so woven into who I was that I couldn't tell where it ended and I began. Even inside my marriage, I often felt like I was watching my own life through glass instead of living it.
Finding tantra didn't just reconnect me to pleasure. It began a complete unraveling of the woman I thought I had to be. It taught me that my body had never been the problem. The inherited shame was.
But that wasn't the end of my becoming. It was only one crossing among many. Since then, I've walked through seasons of loss, surrender, uncertainty, identity death, expansion, grief, joy, and profound rebirth. Each one asking me to release another version of myself. Each one teaching me that becoming isn't a destination. It's a lifelong devotion.
Today, I guide women who find themselves standing in that same sacred in-between. Not because I have all the answers. But because I know what it feels like when your old life no longer fits and your new life hasn't fully arrived. I know what it feels like to want to turn back. I also know what waits on the other side when you don't.
This year, I've been walking eight women through this very crossing inside Unbound: The Sacred Reclamation. As I witness them soften, surrender, unravel, and step into entirely new versions of themselves, I'm reminded of something I now know to be true:
No woman is meant to cross a threshold alone.
This immersion is an invitation to walk yours.
The question is not whether change is coming.
The question is whether you will keep trying to return to a life you have already outgrown, or allow yourself to cross.
